We have been serving schools and preschools across the Metroplex for the last 18 years and look forward to serving the students and faculty of Lutheran High for years to come.
Twelve Oaks Catering is committed to the following principles in the execution of the lunch program: Freshness, Nutrition, and Variety. This means as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. This means an effort to provide the most nutritious products possible on the lunch menu (whole wheat items, no or low trans fats, lower sugars, and only oven baked products). And this means a menu full of choices, at least three per day, while still providing those foods kids want to eat!
